Responsibilities - Lead and manage infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle to meet client objectives
- Approve and manage contracts and budgets; oversee project controls and financial management
- Develop and maintain project schedules and plans; align benefits and value delivery
- Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental management; apply CDM principles
- Prepare and present status reports; communicate with senior client representatives and teams
- Demonstrate strong leadership, build teams, and address capability gaps
- Identify client opportunities and respond with cross-service solutions
- Manage multiple work streams and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Key requirements - Substantial infrastructure project/programme management experience across the lifecycle
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities; ability to mentor others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to plan, communicate, and organise across multiple work streams
- Good understanding of CDM and practical application
