Overview In this role you will manage moderate-to-high complexity eDiscovery projects from kickoff to closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to overcome technical hurdles, guide junior PMs, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You’ll design workflows, oversee database administration, and help clients leverage advanced DISCO features and GenAI for efficient outcomes. This is a client-facing role in a fast-growing AI-driven legal tech culture with a strong focus on impact and collaboration.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end management of moderate-to-high complexity matters from kickoff to closeout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth delivery
- Provide tactical guidance to Associate PMs and mitigate risks for quality service
- Design and implement robust review workflows and oversee standard database administration
- Act as subject matter expert on core platform functionality, advanced search, batching, and productions
- Translate client feedback into actionable feature requests for product and engineering teams
- Develop strong client relationships, provide status updates, and deliver targeted enablement and training on features
Key requirements - 3+ years of eDiscovery project management experience at law firm, in-house legal, or service provider
- 3+ years of working knowledge with one or more eDiscovery platforms (DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Reveal)
- 1+ years in a consulting role or providing consultative eDiscovery solutions
- 1+ years experience in a litigation support group at law firm or corporation
- 1+ years experience with data collection and processing software
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical thinking to resolve complex technical challenges
