Overview In this role you will lead Solar PV and Battery Storage projects, acting as the right hand to the Technical Director. You will own design, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination across commercial and residential markets, supporting growth of a dedicated renewables division. The position blends hands-on engineering with client and contractor liaison, across sites in the Southeast. You’ll help scale a solar business through technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Pay / Benefits - Bonus / Commission

Responsibilities - Manage Solar PV projects
- Design Solar PV systems
- Manage Battery Storage projects
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers
- Support the Technical Director
- Attend site meetings and inspections and coordinate the Renewables Assistant
Key requirements - 5+ years' Solar experience
- Strong design knowledge
- Gold Card or equivalent electrical qualification
- Solar PV / EESS qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Commercial Solar experience preferred; strong residential candidates considered
