Overview In this role you lead multi-discipline piling projects for a national contractor, ensuring safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery. You will coordinate with clients, area offices, and senior management to oversee planning, procurement, and commercial tracking. You shape on-site execution through strong technical piling know-how and active site presence during main piling works. This is a hands-on role that combines field leadership with project governance to grow the foundation business.

Responsibilities - Maintain a safe working environment on site
- Manage performance of key piling projects across the business
- Coordinate with area offices, central support, design, production, distribution and external clients
- Oversee the programme from procurement to final settlement
- Conduct pre-start site visits and maintain senior on-site presence during piling works
- Attend client meetings and manage relationships
- Ensure QA, Health & Safety and statutory compliance
- Produce monthly reports covering safety, commercial, operational and relationship issues
- Develop the foundation business through excellent service
- Manage plant, materials, labour and subcontractors with area offices to complete works
- Control costs and drive efficiencies across the business
- Drive continuous safety and design-management improvements
- Lead operational execution through Contracts Managers and Site Engineers with regular cross-functional project meetings
