Overview In this role you drive the people side of a large-scale transformation, aligning change with business goals and ensuring benefits are realized. You will oversee migration workstreams to GCP, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risk, budget, and governance. You’ll partner with engineering, vendor, and stakeholder groups to keep design and rollout on track, while embedding new ways of working and maximizing adoption. Responsibilities - Plan and manage migration workstreams to time, cost, quality, and compliance
- Coordinate RAID, status reporting, and cross-functional assurance
- Ensure adherence to transformation standards, tools, and compliance
- Bridge engineering teams, partners (Google, Kyndryl), and WPP Technology Operations
- Collaborate with Programme Director and SMEs to keep design and migration on track
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and sponsors; communicate risks and decisions
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships; track costs and benefits
- Coordinate business readiness and support planning; manage migration impacts
- Drive readiness and adoption of new technologies and processes; minimise disruption
- Contribute to Portfolio and Programme Management community; coach teams
- Maintain role assignments and project documentation; support governance reporting
