Overview In this role you will own the operational delivery for a premium office furniture maker, guiding the full order lifecycle from enquiry to installation and aftercare. You will collaborate across sales, production, logistics and installation, including international partners, to ensure accurate orders, timely production and flawless delivery. You will implement and monitor quality control, safety compliance and continuous improvements to boost efficiency, cost control and scalability. This position offers exposure to high-end clients and cross-functional teams, with a clear impact on brand reputation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from sale through production, delivery and installation
- Coordinate quoting, pricing support, and client enquiries
- Oversee stock control, warehouse operations and quality control procedures
- Schedule and track production workflows to meet timelines and quality expectations
- Coordinate domestic and international delivery schedules and installers/contractors
- Ensure health and safety compliance and risk assessments across operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Resolve operational and client issues to maintain strong relationships with premium clients
- Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, installation and international partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor post-sale service and aftercare to maintain client satisfaction
Key requirements - Proven project management experience in manufacturing, furniture, interiors or a related premium product sector
- Strong understanding of end-to-end operational delivery, order fulfilment, logistics and installation workflows
- Ability to manage day-to-day operational activities including quoting, pricing support, and client enquiries
- Experience in client relationship management and resolving operational/client issues
- Proficiency in overseeing the full order lifecycle from sale to installation
- Capability to schedule and coordinate production workflows to meet timelines and quality expectations
- Experience coordinating domestic and international delivery schedules and installers/contractors
- Experience with stock control processes and warehouse operations
- Ability to implement and monitor quality control procedures and drive continuous improvements
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and risk assessments across operations
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset for process improvements, efficiency gains and cost control
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, especially with international teams and high-end clients
