Overview As a Project Manager in a growing London construction consultancy, you will lead commercial property projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to drive programmes and deliver high-quality office refurbishments and fit-outs. You’ll help shape the growth of the business by taking ownership of projects and coordinating stakeholders across London. Responsibilities - Drive projects forward and manage programmes from inception to completion
- Coordinate stakeholders including clients, consultants and contractors
- Ensure successful project delivery and governance
- Deliver commercial office refurbishments, workplace fit-outs, building remodelling and upgrade schemes, and select new-build developments
- Collaborate with clients and the broader project team to manage risks, budgets, and timelines
Key requirements - Around 4+ years' experience in Project Management within the construction or property sector
- Experience delivering commercial projects, particularly within office environments
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and client relationships
- Organised, commercially aware and capable of taking ownership of projects
