Overview In this role you will lead the delivery of MEP packages on a large, complex commercial development in Central London. You’ll coordinate design, procurement, and site teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets while upholding safety and regulatory standards. You’ll act as the primary point of contact with the client and main contractor, steering progress and handover. This position offers the chance to shape MEP delivery on high-profile schemes across the UK, Ireland and Europe. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve buildability and technical issues and deliver buildable, coordinated solutions.

Responsibilities - Overall MEP project delivery for mechanical, electrical and public health packages on a large commercial development
- Manage detailed MEP programmes, procurement schedules, and cost controls, coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
- Lead MEP design coordination with consultants, main contractor and internal teams to resolve technical issues and manage change
- Ensure compliance with project specs, British Standards, QA/QC and HSE regulations on site
- Act as key liaison for main contractor and client, chair progress meetings and lead project teams to completion and handover
Key requirements - Degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
- 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects
