Overview As Technical Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of SensaAI and NetReveal deployments at major banks. You’ll lead multi-stream initiatives spanning transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, KYC and fraud, ensuring quality, schedule, regulatory readiness, and client satisfaction. The role blends engineering, data science, and client delivery, requiring clear guidance through model validation and executive-level updates. You’ll drive AI adoption and deliver measurable business value in a regulated environment. This is a high-impact, customer-facing opportunity to shape AI-enabled compliance at scale.
Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end delivery of SensaAI and NetReveal projects within defined scope and budget
- Lead single or multi-workstream engagements across engineering, data science, and customer IT
- Ensure delivery using AI-first approach with rapid cycles and evidence-based decisions
- Maintain rigorous operating cadence: kickoff, weekly delivery, risk and issue management, change control, and regulator-grade documentation
- Contribute to reusable delivery assets: playbooks, accelerators, model tuning patterns, and MRMs
- Apply AI tools in planning, risk analysis, and quality checks; champion AI adoption within teams
- Co-lead customer relationship and manage senior bank stakeholders with empathy and rigor
- Negotiate scope, ensure regulatory commitments, and support audit-ready deployment evidence
- Draft statements of work and change controls; report on financial performance and opportunities for renewals/expansion
- Navigate change management for investigators and front-line operations; prepare for regulator visits
Key requirements - At least 3 years' technical project management experience
- Proven end-to-end ownership of complex enterprise software or AI deployments with real production impact
- Strong technical fluency in modern AI and data systems
- Proven success managing senior stakeholders in regulated environments
- Excellent English communication; able to lead steering committees and produce risk/molicy documents
- Track record of disciplined program management (schedule, scope, budget, risk, change control, audit trail)
