Overview In this role you will lead the delivery of a large RC frame residential scheme in South London, owning the project from construction through to completion. You’ll work closely with design and commercial teams to ensure safety, programme delivery and quality. You’ll guide a multi-disciplinary team, drive design development, manage costs and risks, and maintain strong client and consultant relationships. Responsibilities - Oversee delivery from construction to completion and coordinate all site activities
- Manage the site team, subcontractors and consultants to ensure milestones are met
- Collaborate with Design Manager to drive design development and resolve technical queries
- Work with Commercial team to manage costs, variations and commercial performance
- Plan and sequence the programme, ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Maintain client and consultant relationships and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery
- Provide leadership to the wider project team to align objectives
Key requirements - Experience delivering large-scale residential schemes
- Strong RC frame background preferred
- Background in Tier 2 main contractor environments
- Ability to own decisions and manage a project team
