Overview In this role you will drive front-to-back transformation of investment platforms using Aladdin for Capco’s wealth and asset management clients. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver complex change programmes, optimise Aladdin workflows, and enable data integration and migration. You’ll act as a bridge between stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption. Responsibilities - Support Aladdin implementation, upgrades and integration programmes
- Configure and optimise Aladdin workflows across OMS, compliance, risk and reporting
- Collaborate with front office, risk and operations to define business and technical requirements
- Support data integration and migration activities into Aladdin
- Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders for delivery success
Key requirements - Proven experience with the BlackRock Aladdin platform
- Experience in at least one: implementation/configuration, integration/data migration, or front office/risk usage with project exposure
- Strong understanding of investment management processes
- Experience across asset classes: equities, fixed income, derivatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
