Overview As Senior Project Manager, you will lead on-site delivery for a Data Centre campus project, coordinating client needs, design teams, and contractors. You will oversee commercial and risk management, reporting, and contract administration to ensure value for money and repeat business. Responsibilities - Contract administration and change management
- Commercial management with support from Cost Management
- Oversee risk management processes
- Monthly reporting to the Client
- Manage client, design teams and contractors on-site
- Line-management of 1-2 RLB staff
- Support development of data centre opportunities and client pipelines
- Contribute to fee proposals and responses to RFPs
- Ensure compliance with procurement, contractual, environmental, health, safety and quality standards
Key requirements - Data Centre / Mission Critical sector experience is essential
- On-site experience as a Senior Project Manager
- Data Centre MEP and Fit Out experience preferred
- Experience in overseeing testing and commissioning activities for data centres
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Contract administration / Employers Agent experience required
- Managing Data Centre projects across design, tender and construction stages
- Chartered professional qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM ChPP) and construction-related degree or equivalent qualification
