Overview In this role, you lead delivery teams to deploy Workday’s cloud applications across Finance, HR, and Planning, leveraging AI to enhance decision-making. You work with customers, delivery leadership, and consultants to guide deployment from start-up to go-live, across diverse industries and global deployments. You’ll drive value, on time and on budget, while delivering an outstanding customer experience and promoting AI-enabled delivery. This role sits within the UKI Global Services team, focused on accelerating time to value with innovative, collaborative delivery.
Responsibilities - Guide customers to success in a dynamic environment and support business transformation
- Lead deployments across multiple industries, including large-scale global projects
- Deliver value on time and within budget from project initiation to go-live
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement using AI tools to boost delivery efficiency
- Empower project teams, drive collaboration, and ensure accountability
- Act as trusted advisor to customers for successful Workday deployments
- Help customers adopt Workday AI across Finance, HR, and Planning to improve decisions and experiences
- Report to Delivery Directors of the EMEA Professional Services, with travel up to 25% in the EMEA region
Key requirements - 7+ years in engagement management, project management, or professional services delivery in SaaS/ERP/HCM/enterprise software
- Experience leading complex software implementations across multiple industries, including global deployments
- Ability to create deployment plans aligned with customer industry and transformation programs
- Strong planning, coordination, resource/finance management, risk mitigation, and quality control across project lifecycle
- Experience in software implementations, requirements assessment, implementation planning, and post-go-live support
- Relationship management skills with customers and internal partners
- Leadership ability to set vision, motivate teams, delegate, and foster trust-based collaboration
