Responsibilities - Project manage the standing up of a tactical wargaming center in the UAE
- Develop and tailor scenarios to demonstrate capabilities based on customer needs
- Design, execute, and analyze tactical and mission-level wargames to assess autonomous systems
- Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios (red/blue force emphasis)
- Assess system-of-systems interactions, risks, dependencies, constraints, and mission impacts
- Lead wargamers, system admins, and operations staff to keep the center operational and train warfighters
- Collaborate with engineering and business development to showcase capabilities through data-driven analysis
Key requirements - Active country-specific Secret security clearance
- 7+ years in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, systems engineering, mission engineering, or related technical-operational discipline
- 4+ years in project management and agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis
- Ability to connect system performance and design choices to mission outcomes
