Overview In this role you will manage the internal fit-out of a flagship West London residential scheme for a luxury developer. You report to the Project Director and lead site teams to deliver high-quality interiors on a multi-phase project. You will align programming, safety, and design specifications to ensure on-time handovers. The role offers scope to shape delivery across a prestigious, large-scale development and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities - Oversee internal fit-out works for part of the first phase of the flagship West London scheme
- Report to the Project Director and manage Assistants, Site Managers and Senior Site Managers
- Programme and schedule works with the Project Director
- Ensure site managers understand the construction programme and adhere to timelines
- Ensure all works meet high quality standards and comply with requirements
- Read, interrogate and understand specifications and drawings by the design team
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; action Health and Safety checklist before site start
- Chair and minutes meetings with internal teams, external contractors, and design teams
Key requirements - Internal fit-out experience on large-scale RC Frame/Traditional Build residential projects from 1st fix to handovers
- Strong knowledge of internal works processes from 1st fix to completion and handovers
- Trade background advantageous
- CSCS Black Card (Desirable), SMSTS, First Aid certificates
