Overview Syneos Health seeks a Single Sponsor Clinical Project Manager II to lead late-phase Hematology and Immunology trials from a home-based setup across multiple European regions. You will support the Clinical Trial Manager and liaise with CROs and vendors to keep study timelines, while developing trial documents and study-related plans. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, proactive ownership, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Support late-phase Hematology and Immunology portfolios under the Clinical Trial Manager/operational team
- Liaise with CROs and vendors to manage trial operational tasks
- Maintain effective team communication through oral/written updates and status reports
- Review, develop, and write clinical trial documents and manuals (study manuals, biomarker plans, etc.)
- Create and review Master ICF templates; approve site changes with legal/safety oversight as needed
- Update templates for new risks and amendments; contribute to site and vendor change management
- Oversee end-to-end study processes from start-up to close-out
Key requirements - Prior sponsor-side experience
- Global study experience (not region-limited)
- Therapeutic expertise in Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology; experience with complex/pivotal studies
- End-to-end study management experience from start-up to close-out
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
