Overview As a Senior Project Manager in AECOM’s Infrastructure Project Management team, you will lead capital water projects from inception to on-site delivery. You will work with cross-functional colleagues to coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary programmes for the Environment Agency’s FRAM portfolio, ensuring quality, risk and cost targets are met. You’ll mentor others, establish governance, and foster client relationships while delivering meaningful improvements to communities and environments. Responsibilities - Lead and deliver capital water projects in multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide client-side project management across lifecycle (option studies to commissioning)
- Governance with clear roles and responsibilities aligned to practice
- Manage stakeholder engagement, H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contracts
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to client satisfaction
- Resource management and coordination of subcontractors from remote locations
- Build and maintain client relationships and cross-functional collaboration
- Support business development and manage project bids
Key requirements - Infrastructure project management experience; water sector experience desirable
- Experience with NEC contracts, preferably NEC3/NEC4; ECC accreditation ideal
- Experience in integrated, multi-organisation teams
