Responsibilities - Lead project delivery for multiple live schemes
- Oversee design, planning and construction processes from conception to completion
- Appoint and coordinate bid managers, architects, contractors and consultants
- Liaise regularly with clients and tenants to align expectations and outcomes
- Drive business development by managing client relationships and potential new work
