Overview As IT Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of IT standards and coordinate cross-unit projects in an international context. You act as the liaison between local business units and central IT teams, driving timely delivery and clear IT topic ownership. You will coordinate IT security and compliance initiatives across UK units and collaborate with a central team of IT Project Managers. This role blends stakeholder engagement, structured project governance, and IT-focused problem solving to support strategic goals.

Responsibilities - Lead IT standards implementation projects with structured delivery
- Act as liaison between local business units and central IT specialist teams for special projects
- Be the primary IT contact for strategic and customer-specific projects
- Coordinate IT security and compliance initiatives across UK business units
- Collaborate with the central IT Project Management team
Key requirements - Proven IT project management experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Completed degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Project Management or related field
- Experience with IT security or compliance-related projects is advantageous
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with independent, structured, and analytical approach
- Very good written and spoken English; German skills are advantageous
- Willingness to travel regularly to the UK or reside in the UK
