Overview As Senior Project Manager, you will steer cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions from concept to launch. You’ll drive delivery by applying agile practices, managing scope, timelines and budgets, and aligning outcomes with business goals. You’ll act as the bridge between clients, technical teams and leadership, fostering collaboration and accountability. Responsibilities - Lead digital initiatives end-to-end from concept to launch, managing scope, timelines and resource allocation
- Champion Agile principles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as strategic liaison between clients, development teams and leadership for alignment and transparency
- Identify and mitigate risks using structured approaches (risk matrices)
- Ensure quality and consistency across design, prototype and build stages
- Optimise resource management and budgeting to ensure value-driven delivery within scope
- Act as trusted client advisor, addressing concerns with clear, proactive offerings
- Collaborate with designers, frontend/backend developers, architects and QA to exceed expectations
- Contribute to new business activities including proposal writing and pitches
Key requirements - Proven experience managing complex digital projects (eCommerce, UX, app development) in agency or enterprise settings
- Deep knowledge of project methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, Hybrid; familiar with Jira, Confluence, tempo, MS Project
- Technical expertise in enterprise eCommerce solutions (Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify) a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills balancing business needs with technical execution
