Responsibilities - Lead infrastructure project and programme delivery across the project lifecycle
- Develop and guide project teams, including junior PMs, in challenging environments
- Manage contracts, client objectives, and stakeholder relationships to build trusted advisor partnerships
- Oversee financial management, project controls, and risk/quality/environment management
- Plan and communicate across multiple work streams and with senior client representatives
- Drive problem solving and maintain delivery under pressure
- Mentor and develop teams on large-scale projects or programmes
- Promote a growth mindset and continuous improvement
Key requirements - Significant experience in infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the lifecycle
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead teams in ambiguity or challenging environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across diverse client organisations
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and numerical abilities to translate complex problems into delivery solutions
- Ability to work under pressure, drive solutions, and motivate others
