Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of finance systems and process improvement projects aligned to business objectives
- Manage plans, governance, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies across the project lifecycle
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across global finance to influence decisions and align goals
- Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and coordinate business and technical teams on solutions
- Monitor progress, resolve challenges and drive delivery within timelines, quality, and budget
- Lead project teams and external partners to foster high-performance delivery
- Support change adoption through communications, training materials and transition to business-as-usual
Key requirements - Experience delivering complex finance transformation, systems or process improvement initiatives in large, global organisations
- Full project lifecycle expertise from business case to benefits realisation
- Strong governance, planning, budgeting, reporting and RAID management
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to leadership and governance boards
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams in complex environments
- Recognised project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMI, MSP or equivalent) or working towards accreditation
