Overview In this Senior Project Manager role, you lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality fit-out projects for financial services clients from inception to completion. You will cultivate client and stakeholder relationships while contributing to the firm’s growth. You’ll establish governance, manage budgets and plans, and drive project outcomes that meet client expectations. This position offers impact through leading cross-functional teams and sharing best practices to continually improve services.
Responsibilities - Define project scope, objectives, success criteria and deliverables with stakeholders
- Establish and maintain project governance, processes, and compliance with quality, safety, health and environment standards
- Develop and monitor a detailed project plan, tracking progress, performance, and risks
- Manage budget and resources, ensure invoicing and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with project team, client and consultants throughout the lifecycle
- Prepare and present project updates with achievements, issues, and recommendations
- Lead problem resolution and conflict management during projects
- Ensure delivery of project outcomes meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and assist in bid proposals
- Share best practices and lessons learned to improve products and services
Key requirements - Degree in a construction/property related discipline
- Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
- Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy
- Experience managing projects for financial services clients
- Excellent project management skills (planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
