Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Oracle Delivery Services, you lead workstreams on large Oracle projects and shape tailored solutions for clients. You’ll nurture client relationships, manage expectations, and contribute to growing the Delivery Services practice. Responsibilities - Lead and manage workstreams in large Oracle projects (planning, execution, monitoring)
- Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver solutions
- Engage with clients to understand needs and craft tailored approaches

Key requirements - Extensive practical experience in Oracle ERP implementations
- Proven track record of leading and delivering a team in at least one Oracle Transformation workstream (Data Migration, Testing, Project Management)
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Clients-facing experience with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Understanding of at least one delivery methodology (Activate, Waterfall, Agile)
- Experience with SDLC phases
- Excellent verbal and written communications; able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel when required
- UK Government Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain Security Clearance
