Overview As a Senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, you shape the core Front Office e-Trading platforms for futures and options across global markets. You’ll lead hands-on technical delivery, shaping architecture and driving cross‑functional collaboration with product, sales, and internal tech teams. You’ll tackle high‑impact problems in trading workflows, risk controls, and market data integration, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of e-Trading Front Office projects with timely technical solutions
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and inter-dependencies
- Hands-on collaboration with developers, vendors, and internal systems
- Assess risk in business decisions to protect firm reputation and assets
- Partner with multiple teams to integrate functions and deploy new products
- Create BRDs, technical specs, and test strategies; design and execute tests
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and internal controls in electronic trading
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Coach mid-level developers and analysts; allocate work to meet goals
- Deliver deep technical analysis to define issues and innovative solutions
Key requirements - Significant experience as Project Manager / Application development lead in e-Trading / Front Office roles
- Extensive systems analysis and software programming experience
- Subject Matter Expert in analytics, algo trading, or trading platform development
- Deep understanding of futures and options, electronic trading workflows, market micro-structure
- Strong knowledge of regulatory obligations, execution algorithms, order types, and TCA
- Vendor management experience with senior business partners
- Good understanding of the FIX protocol
- Demonstrated leadership and project management in a technical context
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
