Overview In this role you will support the Site Delivery Lead to deliver enabling works for major water and recycling projects. You help coordinate scope, land access, and consent requirements within the AMP8 programme, driving safe, on-time delivery and governance. You’ll monitor budgets, programme performance and design management, and identify constructability improvements to optimise delivery. Responsibilities - Support the Site Delivery Lead in delivering enabling works strategy
- Coordinate scope development across enabling works packages
- Align land access and third-party requirements with delivery plans
- Manage planning applications and consent conditions
- Track access to land parcels and approvals
- Monitor budgets and programme performance
- Oversee design management and NEC scope development
- Identify risks, opportunities and constructability improvements
Key requirements - CIOB/APM or equivalent
- Minimum of 5/10 years' experience on major programmes or projects
- Enabling Works experience, preferably including highways, rail, environmental mitigations, utilities
- Engineering/Construction background preferred
- Infrastructure experience preferred but not essential
