Overview As Project Manager in our Environment business, you will take end-to-end delivery ownership for high-profile, complex schemes across the UK. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage key stakeholders, and drive safety, quality and innovation to meet budget and programme. You will work within a values-driven culture and apply CDM and NEC know-how to deliver sustainable infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant impact on project outcomes and site safety.

Responsibilities - Create a Knowingly Safe environment and promote a positive safety culture
- Embed a FREDIE culture across the project team
- Ensure CDM 2015 principles and legislation are fully complied with
- Own delivery and quality to required standards, managing budget, programme, and scope
- Lead the Commercial Team to control costs, cash flow, and profitability
- Manage risks with the Risk Manager and coordinate with designers for safe, buildable designs
- Oversee pre-commencement/regulatory requirements and appoint a Temporary Works Coordinator
- Plan delivery through the project lifecycle and champion innovative technologies
- Staff planning, onboarding, resource allocation, and performance management
- Facilitate workshops, investigate incidents, and implement learnings; ensure reporting
Key requirements - Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS card
- Professional certification such as Prince2 or APM (or equivalent)
- HNC/Degree in a relevant discipline or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and compliance
- Excellent understanding of NEC contracts and commercial acumen
- Proven leadership of multiple teams and delivery to client expectations
