Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate design deliverables across the project lifecycle
- Track RFIs, technical queries, design actions and outstanding decisions
- Coordinate design review meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain design review registers and track actions to closure
- Support programme governance with reports, dashboards and status updates
- Develop and maintain project execution plans and design management documentation
- Coordinate interfaces between design consultants, contractors and client teams
- Support design assurance to ensure compliance with requirements, standards and governance
- Monitor design progress against milestones and escalate risks
- Maintain project trackers, document control processes and reporting packs
- Contribute to continuous improvement and design management best practice
- Provide support across multiple projects within the wider programme
Key requirements - Experience in an MEP engineering or multidisciplinary design consultancy
- Experience delivering data centre projects (preferably hyperscale or mission-critical)
- Knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work (Stages 1–4) and design-to-construction progression
- Experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) design activities
- Experience in design management, programme coordination or project management on complex construction projects
- Desirable: experience supporting governance, reporting and programme controls
