Overview In this role you will lead the safe, on-time delivery of diaphragm wall works for the Lower Thames Crossing, ensuring quality, safety, and commercial outcomes within a major infrastructure alliance. You will plan, coordinate and supervise delivery, driving efficiency and engagement across the project team. You will monitor productivity, resolve technical issues, and uphold company standards and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes major civil works through expert technical guidance and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities - Lead diaphragm wall construction from planning to completion
- Coordinate construction activities to meet safety, quality, time, and budget targets
- Prioritize resources to guarantee project delivery
- Monitor productivity, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Resolve technical issues in design and construction meetings
- Maintain safe working environment for all team members
- Ensure compliance with external and internal standards and protect HSE and environmental targets
- Provide leadership, direction and training to the team to improve efficiency and quality
Key requirements - Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
- Proven experience delivering diaphragm wall works on major infrastructure projects
