Overview In this role you will lead the delivery of IT projects for a fast‑growing fintech client building an e‑factoring platform and CRM from scratch. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budget and resources, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while aligning with the broader engineering roadmap. You will coach agile practices and drive process improvements across multiple teams. Responsibilities - Lead and participate in Scrum/agile activities and coach teams in delivery methodology
- Support release management for software engineering
- Coordinate day‑to‑day initiatives and QA for software engineering tasks
- Assist with incident management, post mortems, and repair items
- Drive alignment of broader Software Engineering team with strategic plans and roadmap
- Coordinate non‑technical tasks across the Engineering team
- Drive internal and external process improvements across teams and functions
- Manage project budget and technical resources from various teams and suppliers
Key requirements - 5 years of commercial project management experience
- Experience of Software Development
- ideally financial experience
- strong track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget
- experience with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master)
- experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, planning tools
