Overview In this Project Manager role, you will oversee a large multi-block residential development in Enfield, ensuring delivery within budget and on programme. You’ll collaborate with the quantity surveyor to manage costs, variations, and contract compliance as the primary budget owner. The role combines office-based coordination with daily site walks, supported by a senior site manager and site managers. You will build relationships quickly with stakeholders and contribute to a high-volume housing project with both private and affordable units. This is an opportunity to lead on a substantial residential project and shape delivery across a major development.
