Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end strategic change projects within the CDAO for Global Banking and Payments, focusing on AI-enabled transformations. You will coordinate with Product, Technology and firmwide groups to design, test, and implement data-driven solutions that advance payments products. You will set the project roadmap, governance, and success metrics while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end strategic change projects from initiation to delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to design, develop, test, and implement strategic solutions
- Develop and communicate project roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders
- Establish governance for delivery and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams across the firm to achieve outcomes
- Design and track project success metrics aligned with goals and report progress
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and implement contingency plans
- Ensure accurate representation of project data in systems of record
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and drive delivery milestones across Functions and firmwide groups
