Overview In this role you drive the delivery of a multi-site residential housing project in North London, coordinating construction across five sites totaling ~75 units. You will lead a team of 3 Site Managers and work with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on payments, reporting to the Head of Construction. The project blends RC, timber frame, houses and flats, and starts soon after tender readiness. Pay / Benefits - salary 75,000 plus full package
Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate 3 Site Managers across multiple sites
- Ensure on-site delivery aligns with project goals and timelines
- Collaborate with Senior Quantity Surveyor on payments and financial controls
- Report to Head of Construction and maintain clear stakeholder communication
- Support tender design and pricing activities during pre-start phase
- Oversee safety, quality, and coordination among trades across sites
Key requirements - Experience managing multi-site residential schemes
- Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate with a senior QS
- Knowledge of housing construction types (RC, timber frame) and mix of houses and flats
- Experience with early-stage tender design and pricing is advantageous
