Overview In this role you will lead the programme controls for defence projects in London and the south of England, ensuring accurate plans, costs, safety, and performance reporting. You will coordinate across planning, cost, and project teams to deliver realistic, resourced delivery plans and robust investment planning. You will support Programme and Project Managers with timely reporting and ensure data standards across cost and performance systems. Responsibilities - Lead the programme controls function for defence projects
- Develop and monitor plans with accurate cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting
- Identify resource requirements and coordinate with planning to resolve issues
- Provide day-to-day reporting support to Programme/Project Managers on plans and costs
- Ensure data input meets required standards in cost and performance systems
- Produce Investment Plan and comply with Investment Competence Framework
Key requirements - Experience in planning and scheduling including schedule development, control, and analysis
- Proficiency with PC operating systems and multiple software applications
- Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up processes
- Security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain clearance
