Overview In this role you will lead the delivery of fast-paced retail fit-out projects from pre-construction to handover. You will work from the London office, coordinating with clients, site teams, and supply chain partners to meet programme, budget, and quality targets. You will manage commercial performance and maintain a strong HSE and quality culture across multiple locations. This is an opportunity to drive high-impact fit-out schemes in a client-facing, commercially aware environment.
Responsibilities - Project delivery & programme management from pre-construction to handover
- Client & stakeholder liaison with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Site & supply chain management across multiple locations nationwide
- Commercial & change control to ensure profitability
- Health, safety & quality compliance on all sites
Key requirements - 4+ years' experience in a similar fit-out project management role (preferably commercial)
- Must be based within commutable distance of London
- Relevant degree-level qualifications
