Overview In this role you will drive complex Oracle Fusion IT/Finance projects within AVEVA, leading full lifecycle implementations and integrations with MuleSoft and Oracle EPM. You will coordinate large transformation programs and agile initiatives, aligning delivery with business goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced software environment. Responsibilities - Analyze project proposals for scope, timelines, and resource needs
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Manage a portfolio of large transformation programs and concurrent agile initiatives
- Define and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance artifacts
- Guide and motivate project teams, assign responsibilities, and manage staffing
- Execute communication plans, run workshops and executive reporting
- Perform risk management and mitigation planning
- Monitor delivery against scope, time, cost, and quality objectives
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and collaborate with external vendors and services
- Establish reporting standards and continuously benchmark PM performance
- Coordinate integrations with MuleSoft and Oracle EPM and ensure scalable design
- Support data migration, reporting, analytics, hypercare, and BAU transition
Key requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Proven delivery of Oracle Fusion projects as a Project Manager
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Procurement, PPM, OTL, RMCS, Subscription Management)
- Experience with Oracle EPM integrations and MuleSoft (or similar)
- Familiarity with Oracle AIM methodology and deliverables (AN100, MC050)
- Experience managing large transformation programs and agile initiatives
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of PMI, Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
