Responsibilities - Lead and deliver project management commissions to meet time, budget, and quality targets, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Deliver exceptional service by aligning project outcomes with client objectives and contributing to company growth.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, support talent development initiatives, and foster a positive team culture.
- Support bids and business development, engage in industry forums, and share knowledge within the organisation.
Key requirements - Substantial experience in project management within built environment or construction.
- Experience delivering corporate real estate and fit-out projects for blue-chip clients.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership potential and client relationship expertise.
- Comfortable in a consulting role and able to manage junior resources on projects.
