Overview In this Senior Mechanical Project Manager role, you lead the mechanical services package on a major Central London commercial development. You work with the project team, client, and supply chain to drive delivery from pre-construction to completion. You steer programme, budget, quality, and commercial performance while coordinating with electrical, architectural, and structural packages. You’ll manage design, procurement, installation, and tackle technical and commercial challenges. This is a strategic delivery role with significant impact on project success and safety.
Pay / Benefits Responsibilities - Oversee the delivery of the mechanical services package from pre-construction through to completion
- Lead and manage Project Managers, engineers and specialist subcontractors
- Own programme, budget, quality and commercial performance
- Coordinate mechanical services with electrical, architectural and structural packages
- Manage design development, procurement and installation
- Collaborate with client, consultants and main contractor
- Ensure safety and compliance with project requirements

Key requirements - Significant experience as Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Mechanical Project Manager
- Background with a Tier One MEP Contractor
- Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and project delivery
- Experience managing significant mechanical packages and project teams
