Overview As Senior Project Manager in our London data centre delivery team, you lead large-scale, ground-up projects from strategy through handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance. You’ll shape project strategy, governance, and client relationships across Europe, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. This role offers impact at scale in mission-critical infrastructure with world-class clients, within a collaborative, growth‑focused culture.
Responsibilities - Advise clients on delivery approaches, risks, opportunities and objectives at project inception
- Define success criteria across programme, budget, quality, safety and operational performance
- Develop and implement project execution strategies and delivery plans
- Establish governance, reporting structures, and controls across the lifecycle
- Drive planning, robust programmes and delivery schedules; monitor performance and adapt as needed
- Lead change management, managing scope, programme, and cost impacts
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and risk/opportunity registers
- Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants, contractors; lead senior-level meetings and governance forums
- Lead multidisciplinary teams; foster collaboration and continuous improvement
- Champions health, safety, environmental, and quality management; ensure compliance
Key requirements - Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, CEng, or equivalent) or demonstrable progress towards chartership
- Proven experience delivering major construction projects in consultancy, client-side, or contractor environments
- Strong understanding of full project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning and handover
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices
- Demonstrated experience managing senior-level stakeholder relationships
