Overview In this role you will lead design, delivery and commissioning of integrated AV, home automation and smart building solutions for prestigious residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with site teams, architects and contractors to ensure high technical standards from concept to handover. You will shape the installation of lighting, networking, CCTV and cinema systems, driving seamless, future-ready smart environments. This is a hands-on PM role at an established firm, offering a clear impact on project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities - Design and manage integrated AV, home automation and smart technology installations
- Program, test and commission Lutron HomeWorks systems
- Configure lighting control, CCTV, networking, Wi-Fi, access control, audio-visual distribution and cinema systems
- Produce technical drawings, schematics, rack layouts and documentation using AutoCAD
- Manage structured cabling and network infrastructure (routers, switches, VLANs, wireless)
- Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants and site teams throughout delivery
- Oversee projects from design through commissioning and handover
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides and handover information
- Deliver client training and technical support as required
Key requirements - Lutron HomeWorks certification
- Hands-on experience programming, testing and commissioning Lutron HomeWorks systems
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Experience with AV distribution, networking, CCTV, lighting control and home automation technologies
- Experience on high-spec residential/commercial projects
- Full UK driving licence
- Familiarity with related platforms (Desirable: Control4, Crestron, Savant, KNX, Rako, Sonos, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Hikvision, Paxton)
