Overview In this role you lead delivery on main contractor projects, ensuring budget, programme and contract requirements are met across high-end residential, educational, health and commercial sectors. You will coordinate design information, risk management, and supply chain performance to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery. You’ll manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and drive handovers to customers. Responsibilities - Lead delivery on complex construction projects within budget and time constraints
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and P&L considerations
- Oversee contract administration and documentation
- Develop and control detailed programmes and schedules with progress reporting
- Coordinate design information and address inaccuracies or gaps
- Manage supply chain selection and performance
- Maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders
- Implement quality, safety, and environmental plans and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate site logistics and site establishment
- Oversee handover processes and customer support during handover
- Establish project communications plan and team accountabilities
- Ensure planning, building regulation approvals, and regulatory compliance
