Overview As Project Manager at BELFOR UK, you lead restoration projects for policyholders’ properties, from mitigation through full renovations. You manage on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery while upholding health and safety and strong client relationships. You collaborate with insurers, loss adjusters, and housing associations to keep projects on track and transparent. This role combines hands-on leadership with financial oversight in a high-value claims environment.

Responsibilities - Lead and manage trades and technicians on reinstatement and restoration projects, including subcontractor coordination
- Ensure accurate job scoping and sales-ready cost estimates for high-value/complex claims
- Develop and hand over work schedules for delivery teams to ensure on-time execution
- Line-manage staff, conduct performance reviews, and drive wellbeing and development initiatives
- Monitor financial performance of jobs, control costs, and align with budgets
- Uphold health, safety standards and regulatory compliance across the unit
- Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality, timeliness and safety
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the job lifecycle
- Provide oversight for asbestos removal and leak detection subcontracting to prevent delays
- Deliver performance reporting to senior management highlighting trends and improvements
- Handle customer complaints promptly to protect brand reputation
Key requirements - Technical knowledge of restoration processes (water and fire)
- Experience with surveying software for floorplans and cost schedules
