Overview In this role you will lead fit-out CAT A & B projects in London for a main contractor, with the Project Manager taking the lead and Construction Manager serving as the deputy. You’ll oversee projects up to 10m, coordinating delivery, schedule, and quality to meet client needs. The position combines leadership of the build team with hands-on project oversight in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact role at the heart of London construction delivery.
Responsibilities - Lead fit-out CAT A & B projects in London for a main contractor
- Act as the project lead with Construction Manager as second-in-command
- Manage project scope, schedule, and quality to meet client expectations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor budget and risk to keep project on track
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
