Overview In this Senior Project Manager role, you lead complex, enterprise client implementations within Rubrik’s Professional Services. You act as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, business value realization, and efficient delivery. You will own high-stakes engagements end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and budgets. This role offers visibility across executives and a chance to shape delivery practices in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off
- Define scope, milestones, success criteria, and manage resources to meet deadlines and budgets
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, mitigating issues before escalation
- Serve as primary contact for customer executives, internal teams, and partners
- Ensure deliverables meet Rubrik standards and customer business objectives
- Help build and maintain PMO governance, SOPs, and KPIs
- Flag bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across engagements
- Support resource allocation, utilization tracking, and project health reporting across the PS portfolio
Key requirements - 8+ years of direct project management experience delivering enterprise technical projects in a Professional Services or Consulting setting
- Experience managing multiple high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced tech environment
- Ability to work autonomously with strong judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations
- Expert knowledge of project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
