Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end data center standardization programs across Europe, with coordination for Brazil, aligning delivery with governance and multi-team objectives. You drive project plans, scope, and change control to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enable rapid delivery and scalable infrastructure services in support of ByteDance’s growth. This is a hands-on role shaping standardization across sites, focusing on governance, risk control, and operational excellence. You will operate in a dynamic, regional context with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.
Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end delivery of data center standardization projects from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Establish project governance, roles, responsibilities, reporting mechanisms, and escalation paths
- Manage project scope and change control to align with objectives and priorities
- Coordinate across Europe and support data center delivery operations in Brazil through vendor and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, engineering, operations) to ensure deliverables meet standards
- Report project status to stakeholders and drive timely decision-making
Key requirements - Bachelor in Computer Science
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- Experience in standardization, process improvement, operational excellence, or multi-site/multi-region programs
