Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end technology programs within a global enterprise, partnering with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and operations teams to deliver business-critical outcomes. You will drive delivery governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to ensure projects meet objectives and stay on track. The position emphasizes modernization, cloud migrations, risk remediation, and automation to improve delivery efficiency. You will work across business and technical stakeholders to enable scalable, secure, and high-impact technology initiatives. Responsibilities - Lead delivery of technology projects and workstreams from initiation to closure
- Develop plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Manage scope, budgets, risks, issues, changes, and governance
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate dependencies across global tech and business teams
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks
- Facilitate governance activities, executive updates, and dashboards
- Maintain RAID logs, financial tracking, and reporting artifacts
- Drive cross-functional accountability and stakeholder collaboration
- Promote automation and modern PM practices to improve outcomes
- Contribute to PMO standards, methodologies, and tooling
- Support vendor governance and financial management
Key requirements - 5+ years of project or program management delivering enterprise technology initiatives
- Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, modernization, or risk remediation projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in complex matrix organizations
- Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics to improve delivery and reporting
- Budgeting, financial management, forecasting, and executive reporting capabilities
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Vendor management and third-party delivery coordination
- Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, resiliency, and technology risk management (preferred)
- Financial services industry experience (preferred)
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe) highly desirable
