Overview In this role you drive the global rollout of Strada Global Payroll integrated with Workday HCM, coordinating across HR, IT, and external vendors. You’ll lead end-to-end payroll implementations across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring data integrity and on-time delivery. The position sits in the Human Capital Group, contributing to a scalable payroll framework and cross-functional collaboration. You will shape implementation governance, data migration, and post-go-live support to enable smooth BAU operations.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Strada Global Payroll implementation across international entities and time zones
- Develop detailed country-specific project plans, timelines, and resource allocations with Strada and country teams
- Manage scope, milestones, and risk with robust mitigation strategies
- Report project status to senior HCG and Global Payroll Leadership; oversee escalation processes
- Coordinate Workday HCM and Strada integrations; oversee data migration, QA, and parallel payroll cycles
- Serve as main liaison among HCG, IT, and external vendors; manage vendor performance and contractual alignment
- Support change management, SOPs, and post-implementation hypercare until BAU handover
Key requirements - 5+ years in project management or operational implementation, with at least 3 years in global payroll migrations or client transitions
- Experience with Workday HCM and Global Payroll implementations
- Proven track record delivering multi-country rollouts across languages and time zones
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and tools (Asana, Jira, SmartSheets)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication across diverse stakeholders
