Overview In this role you drive exchange connectivity and new product initiatives for a prop trading business. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical projects. You’ll work closely with the CEO, development teams, and traders to expand the exchange offering and support scalable growth. This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong track record of delivering value to SMEs. You will shape how the firm connects to markets and minimises risk through robust integration and project governance.
