Responsibilities - Define and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion delivery strategies using AI-enabled tools
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and Oracle specialists
- Ensure quality is embedded throughout large-scale transformation programmes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
- Lead complex Oracle Fusion programmes and contribute to the growth of the Delivery Services practice
Key requirements - Oracle ERP delivery experience across Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes
- Project management and delivery control across plans, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, scope, resources and budgets
- Stakeholder and client management with clear communication and escalation
- Familiarity with at least one delivery methodology (e.g., Activate, Waterfall, Agile)
- Understanding of SDLC phases; strong verbal and written communication; effective collaboration
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI capabilities to apply across project delivery
- Ability to travel when essential
