Overview In this role you will lead fire alarm system installations across London and the Home Counties, from handover through commissioning to client sign-off. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting industry standards. You’ll ensure BS 5839 compliance and safety, and maintain robust project documentation and client communication. This role suits an experienced PM with a hands-on, results-driven approach to complex fire detection projects and client management.

Responsibilities - Manage multiple fire alarm installation projects
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and variations
- Ensure compliance with BS 5839 and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and progress reviews
- Produce and manage project documentation, RAMS, and handover packs
Key requirements - Proven experience of successful fire alarm project management
- Strong technical knowledge of a variety of fire detection systems
- Good understanding of BS 5839 and UK fire safety regulations
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
